I would say it's amazing base for staying and exploring Lisbon. All the staff members are friendly and amicable. It has good and stunning location right by Portugal, bars, and the centre of Lisboa. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Baixa / Chiado district.

Everything was great, we had quiet 3 days here. They really cared about us, helped us with luggage. Extremely comfy bed and pillows, there were a private safe, a kettle and central heating available. Loved our stay in this place.
